Our catering business was established in 2008 right here in Long Island, NY. We are dedicated to serving fresh food, providing professional service, and decorating events for a worry-free experience. Our team is composed of chefs who are able to tailor a menu that suits your needs. Enjoy gluten-free options, fine meats, seafood, Spanish cuisine, Italian cuisine, or light fair. From weddings to backyard barbecues, we have it covered.
Catering to Your Needs
When serving our clients, we offer three catering options. The first is at our hall, an all-inclusive space that seats 250 guests. Second, we can serve you in your own home. Lastly, we can take our catering service to your dream venue.
About Our Head Chef
Light House Caterers head chef and owner Gary Prentiss has been serving guests for more than 35 years. His experience consists of working for various businesses from New York all the way to Miami. During this period in his life, Gary saw that people wanted a personal touch during their catered events. This is why he personally oversees each job he and his team take on.
